2 This house is a great location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nonetheless, it can be in severe need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. Therefore the house obtained lots of sand in it.We had an awesome time! Amethys
